Appointment & Rescheduling Policy 🌸 Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because prime time slots fill quickly, we enforce the following boundaries to protect our team and clients on our waitlist: • 48-Hour Notice Required: Any cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged a 50% fee to the card on file. • Same-Day & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50%–100% of the scheduled service. • Rescheduling Limits: Appointments may only be rescheduled once per booking. Multiple reschedules or frequent last-minute changes will require a non-refundable deposit or move your account to same-day booking only.
